Laurie A. Cooper is Of Counsel to the Firm.

Ms. Cooper serves as legal counsel for Cooper Companies' hotel and real estate divisions and directs external legal counsel for the Company. Ms. Cooper joined Cooper Companies in 1996 after 14 years of private practice both in Tennessee and Massachusetts.
