Mr. Kosten is a former named Member of Harkavy Shainberg Kaplan & Dunstan PLC. In addition to his Counsel position with the Firm, he now serves as Partner and Chief Counsel of Park Avenue Management Co. which owns and manages retail shopping centers and office complexes
